plugin with obfuscated javascript

Hi to all,
I am building a plugin (hope to be availabe for download later) and a very important part of it is an iframe.
That iframe loads an html page working with an obfuscated javascript file.
It needs to use an iframe because of Facebook conditions that all request must come from a registered domain.
All functions in that javascript will not work on client’s website after installing the plugin, this is the only way.

My question is if the plugin will be accepted by reviewer so that it will be available to install.
