# Plugin Won’t Activate

 * I receive the following error messages when I try to activate the plugin:
 * Warning: copy() expects parameter 1 to be a valid path, object given in C:\xampp\
   htdocs\xxx\wp-admin\includes\class-wp-filesystem-direct.php on line 243
 * Catchable fatal error: Object of class WP_Error could not be converted to string
   in C:\xampp\htdocs\xxx\wp-admin\includes\class-wp-filesystem-direct.php on line
   282
 * WooCommerce version 3.2.6
    Wordpress version 4.9.1
