# Plugin won't install :(

 * I run 2 websites both running wordpress. Now the first one, I have no problems
   with. I can install any plugin without a sweat.
 * Now for my new website, I tried installing a plugin. I got a message saying that
   it failed. So I randomly tried other plugins. Same story. This is the actual 
   message I’m getting
 * Downloading install package from [http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/image-scroller-fx.zip…](http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/image-scroller-fx.zip…)
 * Unpacking the package…
 * Installing the plugin…
 * Could not create directory. /hermes/bosweb/web287/b2875/ipg.asuaasia/wp-content/
   plugins/image-scroller-fx/
 * Plugin install failed.
 * Now I’m guessing it’s to do with my settings. Anyone can please lend me a hand?
