# Plugin won't install

 * I’ve purchased a plugin called Visual Composer. When I try to install it I get
   the following message:
    Unpacking the package… Installing the plugin… The package
   could not be installed. No valid plugins were found. Plugin install failed. Is
   this a problem with what I have bought? I’m having problems using my NextGEN 
   gallery plugin…could there be a similar issue affecting both? Any help greatly
   appreciated.

 * Generally speaking you can install a plugin either by using the WordPress dashboard
   and uploading the zip file or just extract the contents of that zip file into
   your `wp-content/plugins` directory.

 * Or there could be a conflict with your other plugin and/or theme. Try deactivating
   all of your other plugins and then attempt to install the problem plugins.

 * Maybe. Contact the vendor for specific instructions on how to install their plugin.

 * You need to unzip the file and then zip the file named js composer.This file 
   js composer is your plugin other all are documentation files.
