# Plugin Won’t Install Correctly

 * Hello,
 * I have followed every instruction in the installation section and yet, the plugin
   still doesn’t seem to work. The first 2 times I tested it resulted in a “address
   not found” messages in my leads.
 * After uninstalling, and reinstalling again, I found that the address input bar
   would not even accept my address and just continues to load after I press “submit”.
 * I would very much like to use this plug-in so any help would be amazing! THANK
   YOU.
