# Plugin Won’t Scan

 * I have tried all things to get the plugin to scan and even my hosts have had 
   problems, it keeps failing continually for me and for them.

 * Can you see any errors in the _PHP_ logs or in the [scan log](https://www.wordfence.com/help/scan/troubleshooting/#red-error-messages-scan-log)?
 * Also could you please:
    - Go to the _Wordfence Tools_ page
    - Click the _Diagnostics_ tab
    - Hit the _Send Report by Email_ button
    - Send the report to _yann[at]wordfence[dot]com_

 * The Diagnostics report shows several connectivity issues (you can see them in
   the _Connectivity_ section of the _Wordfence –> Tools –> Diagnostics_ page)
 * Please make sure your server can connect to [our servers](https://www.wordfence.com/help/advanced/#wordfence-cloud-servers)
   and to itself; your hosting provider should be able to assist you.
 * Also it appears that your site is running on LiteSpeed (see the _“Server API”_
   parameter on the _“Wordfence System Info”_ page) therefore you’ll need to follow
   [these instructions](https://www.wordfence.com/help/advanced/system-requirements/litespeed/).
 * _In order to view the __Wordfence System Info_ page:
    - Go to the _Wordfence Tools_ page
    - Click the _Diagnostics_ tab
    - In the _Other Tests_ section (bottom of the page), click the link that reads_“
      Click to view your system’s configuration in a new window“_
