 * I’ve been trying to increase the size of my product-thumbnails. They are currently
   showing up very small in the ‘cart’ screen. I’ve changed the “product thumbnails”
   to 200×200 in WooCommerce>Settings>Products>Display but they remain very small
   in my ‘cart’ screen. I’ve also regenerated all my thumbnails. In Settings>Media
   the thumbnail size is set at 150×150.

 * Just add an item to the cart and select ‘view quote’ and you’ll see the small
   thumbnail (and misaligned text…)
