[Plugin: WordPress Automatic Youtube Video Posts] Deactivating messes up my loop

I wanted to remove the WordPress Automatic Youtube Video Posts plugin, but anytime I simply deactivate it, it messes up my loop, displaying only the title of the first post and then nothing. It doesn’t only affect posts generated by the plugin, same thing happens when the first post is of a different category and user-generated. I’m a bit scared of simply removing it, as I’m not sure what will happen to the posts generated by the plugin.
