 * Hi,
 * I have tried to backup but received the following message:
 * The file ‘tmp_pack_hg9nLn’ exceeds 40 percent of your PHP memory limit. The limit
   must be increased to back up this file.
 * Despite receiving this message the plugin continued to backup the rest of my
   site and said 100% complete. But does this mean that this file (as mentioned
   above) is not backed up? I have no idea what this file does, nor what I have
   to do to increase my PHP memory.
 * Any help would be much appreciated.
 * My site is [http://www.worldinwords.net](http://www.worldinwords.net)
 * Many thanks,
    Delia

 * This is normal. When the plugin finds a file it cannot upload to Dropbox due
   to memory restrictions it skips it and logs that warning.
 * Id hazard a guess that the file is some sort of temporary cache and is not essential.
   So skipping it is not a bad thing.
 * Cheers,
    Mikey

 * Thanks so much for your reply, so do you think I’m safe to upload the latest
   version of WordPress? I’m terrified I may lose everything!

 * Yep, updating WordPress is quite safe and very easy. Personally I have never
   run into problems.
