 * Hello.
 * I decided to try out this plugin in order to do some forms for my client but 
   it caused a massive slowdown in page loads. I turned it off and my site became
   alot faster again.
 * I never actually used the plugin, just activated it so I was wondering if the
   plugin is hooking into stuff in WordPress anyway and thus causing the slowdown?
