[Plugin: WordPress Form Manager] Custom Email Notifications not working

Hi there,

I previously had my settings to send an automatic notification to the admin email and the form submitter, but I would like to customise the email to contain text. As such I have selected ‘Custom Email Notifications’ and have set up the code as follows but it doesn’t seem to work – your help would be greatly appreciated!
