# [Plugin: WordPress Form Manager] Form copy

 * Hello,
 * I have tried Form Manager and it is a very good plugin.
 * I use it for a monthly renewed form (to acknowledge comic books releases each
   month) and so I would like to be able to copy a form to a new one, without having
   to design forms from scratch each month.
 * Is there a way to do it ?

 * In the form editor, to the right of the buttons for inserting form elements should
   be ‘insert saved form’. You can insert the fields from another form with this.
