[Plugin: WordPress Form Manager] Submission No Response

Hi, I am using wp form manager for a contact form. Previously It works fine. After I update the WP to 3.3.2 After you click submit, the form no longer be submitted. I tried to deactivate other plugins, reactive wp form manager, and reinstall form manager, but the problem did not solve.
