 * In Firefox and Chrome pages covered for https:// with plugin work fine.
    IE 7
   and IE 8 popup the “information bar”. Private ssl cert. – find no issues with
   Cert. Using Permalinks Category/Postname
 * This is one of the Forced pages:
    `<a href="https://peoplesfirstinsurance.com/
   quotes/health-insurance-quote/">https://peoplesfirstinsurance.com/quotes/health-
   insurance-quote/</a>` Tried Firebug – all looks ok. – Same with Developer Tools
   in Chrome. Can’t find anything.
