 * HI, I am getting this error message on the SSL page, do you have any recommendations?
   There is only one page with the SSL: shopping cart

 * Enable the “External HTTPS Elements” option. Also enable “Bypass External Check”.
   Please read the descriptions next to the settings to get a better understanding
   of why enabling these settings will fix the error.

 * After checking both of these, I’m still getting the same error in Internet Explorer
   7 and 8. Any reasons why?

 * Not without looking at your site, no. It can be caused by just about anything.
   Follow my instructions in the FAQ under “How do I fix partially encrypted errors?”
   to identify what’s causing the error. If you need help resolving the errors, 
   please start a support topic.
