[Plugin: WordPress Popular Posts] widget last seven days issue

    I am using this plugin and the widget in particular. On the right column here http://news.fiu.edu/ and the it is not following the rules I put in, in the widget in particular the “last 7 days” also it is including pages. I can tell this is wrong since I went in the dashboard and got this screencapture vs this homepage display which pulls from a widget with the last 7 days checked screencap

    Yes, I too am having problems with this. I wonder if it is related to the latest version of WordPress 3.1.3? I look forward to a solution.

    Apparently if you change the sort posts by drop down to something other than comments it works. I don’t really get why but that is what I did and it works. I think total views is the most accurate.

    I changed the sort posts to “total views” and set the time range to “last 30 days.” But, it still pulls posts from months ago.

    You might try to empty the cache under the plugin setting and then see if it works it out. I am just kind of quessing so sorry if this doesnt work. But between these two things it worked for me.
