 * I get the page to print out ok, but the print preview is blank as is the html
   page that is opened.
 * I’m hoping the developer is working on these issues because this would be a great
   plugin if it worked 100%.

 * I reworked the whole plugin and approached the printing from a different angle.
   This new approach should eliminate most issues with blank printing issues.
