 * I have the plugin installed on WPMS 3.4.1, but have not personally had much success
   with the sitemap feature, once enabled the sitemap works – but try a few mins
   later and its missing (404). Disabling and re-enabling the sitemap feature resolves
   the issue , but few mins later sitemap is missing again.

 * I have had no issue with this plugin using WordPress multisite. My setup is using
   subfolders. XML Sitemaps work great.

 * Our sites are running with the WordPress MU Domain Mapping plugin active, not
   sure if the issue might be related to that.
