* In the title tag and verious other places you seem to be somehow double-dipping
on the html entites and thus messing up meta title and various other places in
the code.
* Can’t seem to get the backticks working with example, but you will see the problm
on my ego searches for the home page of andybeard.eu

* I agree – I had to edit frontend/class-frontend.php and remove the htmlspecialchars
string function as this was interfering with common title character entities
such as « ’ etc…
