# [Plugin: WordPress Twitter Bot] Doesn’t work

 * I really like the idea of this as a stripped-down, native Twitter output feed.
   Unfortunately, doesn’t seem to work; tried it on two post-publishings and no 
   output to Twitter. I even tried deactivating it and then re-activating. I’m running
   a brand-new WP 2.7.1 install, only three other plug-ins active. cURL enabled 
   in my PHP.

 * Hi, I am the author of thr plugin and I really want to get it working for you.
 * I tested it on as many different confugurations as I could but obviously could
   not test them all. I know it is working for a lot of people. If you take a loom

   which is searching Twitter.com for “wordpress twitterbot” you will see there 
   are lots of results.

 * When I first installed it worked fine but now it does not post the URL. I would
   also like it setup so it does not post an update. I did the same as popstat and
   have 2.7.1 with 18 plugins. I emailed you about the problem with no reply. Your
   help is much appreciated.
