# [Plugin: WordPress Wiki] Error – "Plugin does not have a header"

 * After installing it received an error when trying to activate the plugin. The
   plugin shows as installed when searching to add new plugins. But doesn’t show
   up as a plugin on my word press dashboard.

 * What about those of us on 2.9.2? I can’t afford to upgrade at this time and 0.9
   doesn’t work on 2.9.2. Is there a simple fix for the error above?

   someone else would like to find a fix.
 * **f.y.i.** the latest beta version doesn’t seem to be working for me.
