 * Does this work with multisite? For example, if our clients are the owners of
   sub-sites on our multisite network, can this plugin let them access our Zendesk
   system to ask us for support…hopefully right from their Dashboards?
 * Thanks,
 * Mark

 * Hello Mark
 * I am working on a new version of the plugin and will make sure that multi-site
   works for sure!

 * Sorry Mark misunderstood you at first… I thought you were referring to it simply
   working for all your network sites individually. I’d be glad to create a plugin
   that has the functionality you are looking for though.

 * So far in testing it seems to work fine on multisite…or are there any gotchas
   I should be aware of?
 * To explain more clearly, I hope…let’s say we run a multisite blog service called
   domain.com. Users sign up under their own subdomains, e.g., mysite.domain.com,
   etc. I want each of those sub-site admins to be able to access our Zendesk using
   their WordPress login.
 * So far it seems to work nicely. I guess maybe the plugin doesn’t care that there’s
   a subdomain associated with the login, or that it’s multisite? The plugin probably
   just sees the valid login, and that’s all it needs. 🙂

 * It will work fine because even with 100 blogs on the same platform, each user
   across all of them have a unique external ID and can’t use the same email address.
   Each user can actually sign into 100 unique Zendesks with their same info for
   each of the 100 sites because of the way Multi-site works.
 * You (SiteA) are network admin who manages your Zendesk
 * SiteB has an admin who can access your Zendesk as a USER but also setup their
   OWN Zendesk and be an admin.
 * SiteC has an admin who can ADMIN their OWN Zendesk but also access SiteA AND
   SiteBs Zendesks as a user.
 * I think that answers your question 🙂
