# [Plugin: WordPress.com Stats] Breaks site

 * I tried both automatic and manual installs and when it comes to activating the
   plugin I get a blank screen and it completely breaks WordPress.

 * I have the same issue. Once activated site don’t work anymore.

 * I was able to fix the issue by increasing the php memory limit as described in
   [http://wordpress.org/support/topic/253495#post-1017842](http://wordpress.org/support/topic/253495#post-1017842)
