# [Plugin: WordPress.com Stats] Not accepting my API Key

 * I have installed the plug-in. When I am asked for my API Key, post providing 
   it, I get an error – “This is linked to a user account <my wordpress.com> account”
 * How do i use this? I am using 2.7

 * No, it’s not dead. It works fine, I use it currently, as do many thousands of
   other people.
