# [Plugin: WordPress.com Stats] wordpress stat not working

 * Hello,
    i installed wordpress stat for my website: [http://www.badex.tv](http://www.badex.tv)
   but the stat refuses to work. I got a valid API and also checked the footer of
   my theme file for the neccesary code but it still doesn’t work. what can i do?
   thanks

 * Well, there are a lots of people who have the same problem (same as me at [http://thaicrew.cz](http://thaicrew.cz)),
   but I still haven’t found any solution that would work for me. When I input the
   valid API-key it fails into loop, which has no end. So could an author of WordPress.
   com Stats please add any comment to this problem?

   Anyone find out why the Stats plugin isn’t recording page views?

 * I have not been able to get stats working for months. Seems like there are new
   releases but noone ever takes the time to help us solve the issue of it not working.
