 * Hi,
 * I have a problem with the operation of the free version of the plugin.
    The watermark
   for purchased pdf files works only for some users. For example, user “A” buys
   a file and has a watermark generated. The user “B” buys the same file and he 
   has’t generated watermark on his file.
 * I will be very grateful for your help with this problem.

 * It’s possible that the plugin is not watermarking because your watermarks include
   special characters like accents, and perhaps your host/server does not support
   the PHP iconv() extension. If you notice that when checking out, a customer without
   special characters in their name (such as Jane Doe) gets watermarking, yet a 
   customer named Jané Doné does not get watermarking, this is likely the issue.
