# [Plugin: WP Bannerize] Error installing plugin

 * Every time I tried to upload and install the plugin in the admin panel, I got
   this error message –
 * “Internal Server Error
 * The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to
   complete your request.
 * Please contact the server administrator, [webmaster@mysite.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-wp-bannerize-error-installing-plugin/webmaster@mysite.com?output_format=md)
   and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done
   that may have caused the error.
 * More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
 * Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying 
   to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
 * Apache/2.2.22 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.22 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_bwlimited/1.4
   mod_fcgid/2.3.6 Server at [http://www.mysite.com](http://www.mysite.com) Port
   80″
 * It just won’t let me install it….what happened? Please help. Thanks.
