 * There is no “create password” field in either the initial hosted registration
   page or the hosted billing data capture page. So once someone joins – how do 
   they login so they can see members only content?

 * When a user signs up through chargify and is redirected back to your site it 
   will automatically make them a user with the username of their email address 
   and autogenerate a password for them and email it to them at that email
