[Plugin: WP-DBManager] MySQL dump Path and SQL Path does not exist

Hi I am using WP DBManager on WordPress v3.3.1. I have been using it without problems until my website at http://www.leadershipconnexion.com was moved by my hosting company to a new and faster server. Since then I cannot make back ups any more. I get the following errors:

“Checking MYSQL Dump Path …
MYSQL dump path does NOT exist. Please check your mysqldump path under DB Options. If uncertain, contact your server administrator.”

and

“Checking MYSQL Path …
MYSQL path does NOT exist. Please check your mysql path under DB Options. If uncertain, contact your server administrator”

I did contacted my hosting company, but they said WP DBManager is not supported by them.
How do I fix this? Please any suggestions in non-IT/tech speak please.
