 * I’ve uploaded it to my plugins folder but when I click to activate, it automatically
   goes to a Error 500 – Internal server error message.
 * I’ve tried re-uploading it more than once and I get the same error every time.

 * I decided to switch from 1&1 to Blue Host.
 * Too many issues with 1&1.

 * With 1&1 you need to enable .php 5
 * You need to add “AddType x-mapp-php5 .php” (without quotes) to a .htaccess file
   and basically shove it everywhere.
 * This should solve the problem.
