# [Plugin: WP e-Commerce] Having issues with Paypal

 * Get the following from Paypal.
 * Unable to process payment. Please contact the merchant as the shipping address
   provided by the merchant is invalid, and the merchant has requested that your
   order must be shipped to that address.
 * I’ve tried changing settings and installing prior versions but it’s just not 
   working, where it was working a little while ago. Help!

 * We have added a new option to the Paypal settings page that should fix this for
   you. If this does not work you should jump on our forums and talk to one of the
   experts.

 * My bacon was also saved. I had the same problem. It’s good to see the newer versions
   of the plug-in will have a handy button to do this for you.
