# [Plugin: WP e-Commerce] Payment Gateways not working

 * The developers promote their “Gold” upgrade to get access to the most common 
   payment gateways. The problem is that that they don’t work as provided–at least
   that has been my experience and many of those posting to the WP E-commerce website.
 * Posts about the payment gateway problems either go unanswered or are removed.
   It appears that the only ones getting their sites to work with anything beyond
   PayPal or Google checkout are either writing their own API’s or spending countless
   hours developing hacks and work-arounds to get the thing to work properly.
