# [Plugin: WP e-Commerce] trouble loading images, database error

 * I just installed the plug in. I have been attempting to upload my first product
   and when I attempt to add an image from my gallery, first it will not show my
   gallery so I then cancel the image load window, and second when I try to save,
   publish or leave the page I get a data base error message. I try to log in again
   and receive the same data base error. I have tried clearing my cache, history,
   everything. Plus when I try to access my website it is unavailable. This happened
   yesterday and eventually my site came back up and it has happened again today.
