[Plugin: WP-Gatekeeper] problem with pingbacks and trackbacks

    I had to disable wp-gatekeeper. It appears to be stopping pingbacks and trackbacks from showing. And in spite of carefully worded questions that do not reveal the answer, spambots (or pathetic humans who are being paid to fill in the captcha) are managing to get past the gate.

    I just upgraded to wp2.9.1 and re-enabled wp-gatekeeper. There were WAY too many spam comments that slipped through. I guess I’d rather have the gatekeeper stopping most of the comment spam than be able to see pingbacks and trackbacks.

    If anyone is actually working on wp-gatekeeper, I look forward to a response.
