[Plugin: WP jQuery Lightbox] Disabled in Admin Section

Is there any reason (apart from the potential of it being a nuisance) that the lightbox is disabled in the admin section?

I modified my wp-jquery-lightbox.php file to remove the restrictions on is_admin, but I just wanted to make sure I wasn’t breaking something else by doing that. Thanks.
