# [Plugin: WP-Markdown] Multi edition

* Hello,
testing last version of the plugin, I had some problem with multi edition
of a post. If I update a post, then insert a linked image above over previous
linked images inserted in the post, I have some strange behaviour like this:

* Hi Li-An,
It looks like the cause is the same as [your other post](http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-wp-markdown-breaks-image-caption?replies=4).
* If you make sure there are line-breaks between a short-code and any content it
contains (in this case the caption shortcode), then there are no issues. Because
shortcodes use ‘[‘ and so do links/images in short-codes, it is confusing the
parser. I shall look into whether this can be resolved.

* Well, it seems the caption was working on this version. I will wait for next
version to see if you gain to manage this 🙂
