# [Plugin: WP-Markdown] WP Markdown Javascript error?

 * Hi,
 * I’m trying to use WP Markdown on my bbpress forum. I have installed it and ticked
   all the boxes in the Writing menu.
 * It doesn’t quite display correctly on the bbpress pages – the WordPress WYSIWYG
   is still present. Here is a screenshot:

 * I don’t really have a clue about JavaScript but this error is coming up in the
   console when you try to click on the Markdown toolbar (like bold, italic, etc).

 * Hi Tanya, apologies for the delayed response.
 * BBPress doesn’t use a WYSIWYG editor by default – so you must have another plug-
   in activated that is doing this. This is probably causing the conflict.
