 * Hi,
 * For example:
    **Chloé** is registered on the forum
 * She decided to post a comment on the blog, the message does contain the accents
   but the accents of his nicknames disappear & no capital character.
 * “**chlo** says.”
 * I have the same problem with î, ï, é, è, à, etc.
 * Can you help me?
