# [Plugin: WP-reCAPTCHA] Crash

 * As soon as I install the plugin (the last version 2.9.8.2) in WP 3.0.1 Multisite(
   with Forced Activation/Site-Wide) I encounter a crash and I can’t go more to 
   my Dashboar. I have only a white page…

 * While I can’t really tell you how to fix the plugin itself I can tell you how
   to disable it and/or remove it so you can access your site.
 * Go to your plugins folder via ftp usually wp-content/plugins/ rename the wp-recaptcha
   folder to wp-recaptcha.hold or delete the folder. If you delete the folder you
   won’t get your settings back for the next time should you choose to reinstall
   the plugin at a later date. So be sure if you don’t want to lose it, rename wp-
   recaptcha to wp-recaptcha.hold
