    when i try to subscribe to the newsletter in my blog, i get this error:
 * Warning: mail() [function.mail]: Failed to connect to mailserver at “localhost”
   port 25, verify your “SMTP” and “smtp_port” setting in php.ini or use ini_set()
   in wpsb-opt-in.php on line 173
 * what and where am i supposed to set up SMTP ? i cannot (of course …) acess to
   the php.ini of my ISP
 * thank for your help
