 * How can I remove the label in the gallery? I want to name the name of the gallery
   in my Impressum and not directly in the gallery. How can I achieve that?!

 * If you are referring to the SimpleViewer badge/link at the bottom right-hand 
   corner of the gallery, this is present only in the Standard version of SimpleViewer(
   bundled with WP-SimpleViewer). If you were to upgrade WP-SimpleViewer to SimpleViewer-
   Pro, the badge would be removed.
