 * Chrome team says their usage of If-Modified-Since is appropriate behavior. I 
   was wondering if you had any insight into this issue, since its closely tied 
   to caching.

 * I honestly don’t know, unless I spent an age looking all this up again because
   I’ve forgotten most of this. The if-modified-since stuff always worked a little
   odd for me, not matter what browser I used. 🙁
