 * Hallo, I’d like to know if it’s possibile to installa the wp-supercache in the
   MU plugins folder of a multisite network, so I can configure it on a network 
   basis (and not on a single site basis) and so my user will not be able to tweak
   around with it.

 * You should install it in plugins and network activate it. Grab the development
   version (Other Versions page) though as the current release shows the settings
   page to ordinary admins as well as superadmins.
