 * the twitter posts widget i am using does not update when using the cache, is 
   there a setting i can use to exclude this particular widget
 * the plugin for widget is MP Tweet List
 * I am using
    mod_rewrite to serve cache files.
 * everything else on this particular site seems to work ok blog.scruffygirl.com

 * Having RTM, I see that you recommend client-side code to deal with this problem.
