 * I see in the changelog that version 0.9.9.8 now supports caching of dynamic pages…
   Does this mean that post views generated with WP-PostViews will update immediately?

 * It’s always supported that. WP-Postviews has to be rewritten if it hasn’t already
   to work with cached pages.

   be from a few minutes to a few days.
