# [Plugin: WP Super Cache] WP Super Cache and Pingdom

 * I have WP Super Cache enabled but am confused about the sites’ behavior on tools.
   pingdom.com.
 * In view source, I see the WP Super Cache comments in the footer. Somewhere I 
   saw a reference to comments are supposed to be in the header too but they are
   not there. The site does load faster so I assume that it is working.
 * However, when I go to tools.pingdom.com, each page element loads separately like
   WP Super Cache isn’t active. Can someone explain this to me?

 * That’s how it’s supposed to work. The tool there loads everything on your page,
   graphics, css, js, etc.

 * Is there a way to make Pingdom report that the site is up and working?
 * Since I activated Wp Super Cache according to Pingdom the site is down. Is there
   some kind of solution to this?

 * PS: Pingdom user agent is set to connect to domain root ([http://domain.tld](http://domain.tld))
   and gets a 403 error. It looks like this:
    Pingdom.com_bot_version_1.4_([http://www.pingdom.com/](http://www.pingdom.com/))
