I agree it would be very helpful for the two to work together, any updates on this?
I’ve never used search unleashed but maybe someone could help the author of that plugin with a patch?

I use WP-SuperCache and Search Unleashed. I haven’t seen a problem with it. WP-SuperCache does not cache pages with GET queries, does it? So http://www.whatsthatbug.com/?s=box wouldn’t get cached, for example.

Whatsthatbug.com: For me it caches those searched highlights even when you do not search. This I think only happens when a searcher comes to the site first, that is before it is already cached by a “normal” request.
Have you tried to clear your cache and then immediately search around on the site while not being logged in?

whatsthatbug.com: Your site has the same problem.
You can see it if you search with som random word in google that makes you arrive straight at an individual post at your site that has not yet been cached. The post is then cached “as is” with the highlight and “you come from google blabla” text for everyone regardless of where they come from.
Ah, now I see. That plugin has to define the DONOTCACHEPAGE constant so the page isn’t cached.
Contact the plugin author and show them this thread.
