I am not sure about the link you sent because I get a 404 error when I try to follow it. Are you getting an error about the ‘wp_super_faq’ directory somewhere? The name of the directory is actually set by the WordPress repo system itself so I don’t believe that is an issue. What version of WordPress are you using? * I’ll do my best to get this working for you. You can install and activate the plugin without issue? * 2. You can add new questions using the FAQ tab in Admin? * 3. You have created a new ‘Page’ called FAQ or something? * 4. You have added the shortcode [wp_super_faq] to that page? * 5. I’m using the latest version of wordpress. I am working on that now. I figured people could leave a comment on the heatmap page for a day or so but you are quick. * I am glad you got it fixed, I was starting to get worried I really screwed something up. Hopefully it works better then a zero rating.
