 * Is there any way to change the table header row sort arrows? I would like them
   to be below the table header wording as they are sometimes laying right on top
   of the words in the header.

 * Hi,
 * moving them below the text is not possible easily, unfortunately. There’s however
   a trick to make sure that it does not overlap the text in small columns: Simply
   increase the table head cell content in those cells with invisible spaces.
 * To do this, just append
 *     ```
           
       ```
   
 * to the affected header cells.
