 * i think you have left some open shortag and the following error is occurring 
   due to this i can not activate the plugin.
    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected
   $end in C:\xampp\htdocs\f4u\wp\wp-content\plugins\wp-ticker\wp-ticker.php on
